So, now you know what your relationship with food says about you, let’s dive in deeper darling…
– You connect with your body on a daily basis
– You are in touch with your feelings and emotions
– You embrace your imperfections
– You enjoy socialising and nurturing loving relationships, but you also know when to prioritise time for yourself
– You practise gratitude
– You incorporate healthy habits into your daily routine, but don’t beat yourself up if they’re not always possible

Love yourself daily. I know you’ve totally got the hang of self-love already but it’s important to keep that affection alive. See yourself like a flower: you need to keep watering it if you want it to grow. Change up your affirmations to make them relevant to your current situation and repeat them whenever you’re feeling a little low in motivation. Keep getting to know yourself and your body by spending more time naked, getting super comfortable with the mirror and taking more pictures of the beautiful subject that is you!
Keep yourself accountable. After a good journalling session, it can be super easy to just let those intentions go and leave it to the universe. While this is good to a degree, if you really want to achieve your greatest goals and dreams in life, you have to take aligned action steps towards them. Look at where you want to be five years from now and work backwards, breaking it down into small, practical steps so you can be sure you get there. Tell someone you love about your intentions, make a vision board or pin your goal list somewhere you will always see it, making sure you are regularly checking in with yourself and your progress.
Give somebody else in your life the gift of self-care. Not everybody understands the importance of self-care – and these are often the people who need it the most! If you feel like someone else in your life needs a boost, book them in for a massage, run them a bubble bath or cook them a delicious, healthy meal. Share your goals and dreams with them and encourage them to take the time to realise their own too. Helping others on their journey not only opens their eyes to the world of love and possibility, it also gives you a massive mood boost too. Win-win!
Feel everything. Remember, gorgeous – you don’t need to feel positive and happy all the time. It’s actually really important to feel a wide range of emotions, and it’s totally okay to cry or get things wrong or not have it all together sometimes. Allow yourself to feel it all and welcome every emotion with open arms. Embrace every up, every down and all the in-betweens, see the beauty in the contrast and find the life lessons within to help you become a stronger and wiser woman than you were yesterday.
